Our prices are all inclusive and include a printed copy, electronic copy and on-line viewing. Some HIP companies charge as much as £20 for a printed copy and additional charges for electronic and on-line viewing
We supply the optional Home Use Form and Contents Form as standard, free. This is another reason why we are the Full HIP.
Our Inspectors are fully trained, qualified and registered local Home Inspectors (HI) (or DEA continuing their training to be an HI or a DEA recommended by an HI). We believe that this company policy will maintain the highest possible quality and accuracy of the Energy Performance Certificates and Home Condition Certificates Reports.

We can undertake a Pre-Marketing Inspection which provides advanced knowledge of any problems which may affect the sale of your property. The cost of this inspection can be offset against the cost of a HIP when you decide to sell your property.
