The Pre-Market Home Condition Survey is one of our most innovative new services for the home owner which could save you money, and reduce the time it takes to sell your property.

Remember, whenever you decide to sell your home the first thing you will need to do is to order the new Home Information Pack. Our Pre-market Home Condition Survey ensures that there will be no surprises and gives you the opportunity to take steps to ensure that your property sells for the best price and as quickly as possible.

Also included in the Pre-Market Survey is a free energy assessment which will indicate how you might be able to increase your Energy Performance Rating prior to the official inspection which will take place after you order your HIP. (The HIP contains a mandatory Energy assessment.)

If you subsequently decide to put your house on the market within 9 months of the Pre-Market Condition Survey and order a Home Information Pack from us then up to 80% of the cost of the Pre-Market Inspection will be deducted from the cost of the HIP.
