Full HIP Home Condition Report - May be included in a HIP

The Home Condition Report (HCR) is a potentially very valuable part of a Home Information Pack. Although optional we advise a home seller to consider carefully about including an HCR in their HIP. Yes, it costs more money, but the benefits may outweigh the additional costs. The cost of a HCR depends on the size of the property but does include the mandatory Energy Performance Certificate. We employ our own Home Inspector and have professional relationships with local Inspectors throughout the country. We always use Inspectors local to your area.
