Although Full HIP employs HIs we wish to form good professional business relationships with Home Inspectors throughout the UK. Our aim is to pay a good rate for your professional services as we recognise that you too have a living to make. We are also emphasising the benefits of having a HCR in the HIP in order to fully utilise your qualification and experience.

It is the current policy of Full HIP to only use professionally qualified accredited Home Inspectors to carry out EPC inspections or DEAs who are continuing their training to become Home Inspectors or DEAs recommended by Home Inspectors.

Full HIP does not operate a Panel however we are looking to expand into other geographical areas. If you are a qualified, accredited Home Inspector who would be able to co-ordinate a local HI group in your area please make contact. Full HIP will advertise nationally on your behalf. You will be free to continue to market your services alongside your association will Full HIP. The main condition of your commitment will be that any HIP business you obtain as a result of your association with Full HIP will be ordered from Full HIP. You, or members of your group will carry out the EPC/HCR.

We can be flexible, recognising that you may wish to offer your own HIP package direct. We can supply any parts of the HIP individually. That is OK with us.
