Our simple, yet advanced pack provision service has been carefully tailored to maximise your ability to win more business. Ultimately, you’ll have the reassurance of knowing that when you advise your clients on HIPs, The Full HIP service won’t let you down.
As part of our our commitment best quality we only use qualified Home Inspectors for Energy Performance and Home Condition Inspections. In addition to their own Code of Conduct all HIs have to sign up to the very comprehensive Full HIP Code of Conduct.
The service and options we can provide are;
- Referral Only – advise your new clients that you recommend a local company to take care of the HIP and that you will contact us on their behalf. We will contact the client, and let you get on with your business of selling your client’s house. For this you will receive a referral fee and can rest in the knowledge that your client’s HIP will be delivered in the shortest possible time. HIPs containing an HCR will command a higher referral fee.
- Branded HIPs - if you would prefer to supply branded HIPs to your clients then we can indeed supply a Full HIP service, delivered direct to either your client or yourself (or both) complete with your logo and any other details you wish. You can rest easy that your requirements are being satisfied by a local company who understands your needs. We will supply at an agreed price. The price you charge your client is your business.
- EPC or HCR- HIPs can be ordered with the mandatory Energy Performance Certificate or the optional Home Condition Report (which includes the EPC). We will train you, if necessary, on how to explain the benefits of including an HCR in the HIP. HIPs containing an HCR is more expensive.
- Photos - we will take photos of the property for you at no extra charge. We are there anyway to carry out the EPC or HCR.
- Floor Plans - we can do this for you. Unfortunately this will incur an extra charge due the preparation time.
- Independent. We supply our HIPs as complete standalone products. There are no conveyancing restrictions, no 'tie-ins' and no obligations placed on either you, or your clients, to use any other related services.
- We do not cross sell other financial and/or legal products. Your relationships with local legal firms, mortgage intermediaries and surveyors will not be compromised in anyway by putting your HIP business with Full HIP.
- Competitively priced. Our pricing structure is completely transparent. You or your clients will know from the outset how much their HIP will cost.
- Supply in a variety of formats. We can supply copies in various formats; hard copy , electronic or CD; whichever is the most convenient to you and your clients….and of course, copies for prospective purchasers as required.
- Client support. Our service doesn’t stop when we’ve supplied you or your client’s HIP. Our knowledgeable staff are always on hand to answer any questions that either you, your vendors, or their buyers may have regarding HIPs.
